Who does what
Visitor
Fills in the questionnaire without an account; the draft stays in the browser until it is saved.
Registered user
Saves results, finds them in History, downloads the PDF and comes back to review.
Consultant
Any registered user: adds clients in the cabinet, sends them a link or QR, sees their results and sends the PDF.
Client
Fills in the questionnaire through the received link, no sign-up; the result appears in the consultant's cabinet and is emailed.
Administrator
Sees service statistics: visits, geography, languages, completed questionnaires, contact messages.
