Data we collect: the email address of your account; your questionnaire answers and results; your self-development test results if you are signed in; names and email addresses of clients entered by consultants; messages sent through the contact form; and visit records: the page, language, referring page, a random session identifier, browser type (user agent), country and city. We do not store IP addresses in the database. Where our hosting does not already supply the country, the IP address is sent to ipwho.is or, as a fallback, to ipapi.co to look up the country and city; the address and the result may be held in server memory for up to 24 hours to avoid repeated lookups.

If you sign in with your All Portugal ONE account, All Portugal ONE (operated by the same company, Descobrilança Unipessoal LDA) sends us your email address, name and ONE account ID.

Purposes: to run the questionnaire, save and show your results, send results by email at your request, and understand general usage of the service.

Legal basis: performance of a contract for your account and results; your consent for Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see below). The legal basis for visit records, including the IP lookup, and for contact-form messages is under review.

Retention: results are kept while your account exists and are deleted on request. Retention periods for contact messages and visit records are under review.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the Portuguese supervisory authority CNPD.

Third parties the site uses: Lovable (website hosting and the Google sign-in service); Supabase (database and accounts); Resend (email delivery, when results or contact messages are sent); Google (only if you sign in with your Google account); ipwho.is and ipapi.co (country and city from the IP address, for visit records); the European Commission's ESCO service (occupation and skill search — it receives only the search terms, not your IP address); Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only after consent (see below). Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA; the safeguards for each transfer are under review.

Audience measurement and advertising: only if you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner does the site load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) and the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). They set the cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years) and _fbp and _fbc (up to 90 days) and receive page views and a few events such as account creation or sending the contact form. Legal basis: your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). These providers may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; the cookies are then deleted. See the cookie page for details.
